Types of Event Videos

  • Watch ticket sales increase by exciting attendees and showcasing the best your upcoming event has to offer! An event promo video is often short, energetic and a great way to get attendees excited by showing them what they can expect at the event. They can also inform attendees about your event’s What, When, Where and Why. You can use the video on your website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales.

  • Let attendees relive the best moments from a past event while promoting your upcoming event! Recaps summarize your event’s purpose and key messages by capturing the significant moments, activities and insights. Event recap videos often include sound bites from speakers, attendee interviews, sponsor shout-outs, networking opportunities and more. In addition to letting attendees relive the event, it allows anyone who couldn’t attend the event to catch up on all the activities that took place and get them excited to participate in the next event.

  • If you’re hosting an event with clients in attendance, use the opportunity to create customer testimonials. You can also interview attendees to showcase their experience and detail what they’ve learned to get more people to attend your next event. It’s also an excellent opportunity to generate educational content by gathering thought leaders to discuss industry topics and trends. These videos can be very effective for blogs and email marketing campaigns.

  • Welcome videos are shown during an opening ceremony to officially kick off an event! The conference opener can set the expectations for the event, letting attendees learn about available opportunities and detailing important information. It can also build excitement for the event by previewing guest speakers, honoring sponsors or special guests and highlighting key vendors.

Our Process

  • During our initial discovery meeting, we will discuss your goals and objectives for the project. This is also be the time where we will review the production process from beginning to end, so that you know exactly what you should expect during each phase of the project moving forward. Following our discovery meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal, customized to fit your needs.

  • Once we move onto our pre-production strategy session, we will begin planning the fine details of our video shoot, so that we are are well-prepared come production day. During this time, we will determine the date, time, and location(s) of the shoot, write the script and interview questions (if applicable), create a shot list, design a mood board, decide which aspect ratio will be best for the final product, choose music genre, and more.

  • This is the day where all of the preparation comes into play and we show up ready to execute and have some fun! We will arrive at the shoot location to begin conducting interviews, shooting b-roll, and capturing all of the original content needed for your project.

  • The post-production phase is where the real magic happens! Our team of experts will review all the video and audio files captured during production and then use the latest editing tools to create the first draft of your video. We typically offer our clients two revisions to the first cut. This feedback is expected to address any structural changes to the video, confirm music selection, storyline, color style, and graphics.

  • Once the final edit is ready for delivery, we will send your downloadable video file for easy access to upload for social media and/or website integration. During this time, we'll be happy to answer any questions regarding best practices for distribution, unless you have a marketing team that has already made these decisions. After the project is complete, we'll make sure to stay connected on social platforms, newsletters, and more!
